I decided the other day to send Centrelink an update on my assets and my mothers assets as I receive a carers pension and mum a aged pension. I tabulated everything in a excel spreadsheet, printed it and sent it off.
So today, the 12th of May I get a letter back from them saying they cannot action anything based on what I sent them and they want original statements and documents instead. They had all these when the pensions started and for shares and managed funds I don’t get statements everyday just online totals.
However, the kicker is I have till the 21st of May to do it or all payments will be stopped.
What have we here?
